Seminar at the Labyrinth from 11 to 13 May organized by Alain Daniélou Foundation in collaboration with the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich on the subject of « Dream and Vision ». In this seminar conducted by Adrian Navigante (Alain Daniélou Foundation) and Ursula Brasch (C. G. Jung Institute), the participants will explore the relationship between these two fundamental phenomena of the human psyche extending Jung’s view to different other perspectives including the visionary recital and the role of active imagination according to Henri Corbin, the idea of transformation in Daoism, visualization techniques in Tantra Yoga, and different aspects of Alain Daniélou’s reflection on the power of Rishis, the so-called supernatural abilities and powers in Hinduism (vibhūtis, siddhis) and the idea of creation as vision (as it appears for example in the Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad).
